Over the summer I got to work with 7 incredible bands. One of those bands happened to be Avion Roe. They're some of the most amazing human beings I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with, and when their run on Warped Tour ended, I was pretty bummed. Eventually they announced a tour w/ Slaves and Outline in Color, so naturally I immediately planned out which days I could come out to.
I ended up attending 3 dates - Hartford, CT, Patchogue, NY, and Whitehall, PA. It was so good to see the guys again and I had a blast photographing them. They put on such a great show every time I see them and they're insanely fun to photograph. I've photographed them 27 times now and I'm still not bored of them, so that should tell you something.
These venues were small, no barricades, and the lights are a bit of a challenge in these situations. It's been a while since I shot shows in smaller venues, so this was a nice change for me. I'm pretty happy with how the photos came out, so I picked my favorite ones to share!
